If you have been paying close attention to the local dance music scene lately, you’ve probably noticed that there is a new sound shaking up the sector. It is the sound of Cape Town duo Crazy White Boy, which they call “Ghetto Tech”.
Formed in 2008, the duo is already one of the most prolific acts in South Africa. This year alone, they have done over 50 shows in South Africa, Mozambique and Botswana. They have also featured on numerous dance albums locally and abroad, and more recently clinched a South African Music Award (SAMA) nomination for their hit ‘Love you better’, which is competing for a Record Of The Year accolade.
